At DUNA, we carefully prepare and ship all orders within 1–3 business days.
Once your package leaves our store, it is handled by the shipping carrier.

DUNA is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
